What do you do when you have two new kids and suddenly need more space?
Turn your creaky attic space into a master bedroom and living space - and create a new oasis of calm!
An unfinished attic was built out to provide much needed living space flanked by the master bedroom and a 3/4 bath in what became the thrid floor of a 1906 era home. Skylights were provided above the living area and bedroom to bring in much needed daylight and assist with ventilation. New insulation and windows were provided as well as additional closet and storage space throughtout.
