EXPERIENCE. performance driven, ecologically sound.

No matter what the project entails, EcoDEEP strives to make your project the very best it can be. Because every project is unique, we do not use a "one size fits all" approach. The only thing that remains constant from project to project is our belief in the Triple Bottom Line. We believe in finding solutions that are environmentally responsible, economically feasible, socially fair and appropriate for the project. Those are the solutions that work best together and that provide the most value over time.  No matter what. Check out our Sustainability Consulting Services to learn more.

NORDHaus - Multi-Family Mixed-Use Development

Minneapolis, Minnesota

EcoDEEP is providing sustainability planning, review, and LEED planning and documentation services for the project.

It's green, walkable - connected to transit and nestled in the heart of lower Northeast Minneapolis, near the river and 1st Avenue. It's a place to live, work, eat, sleep and play in a vibrant, active commercial area.

There will be a full-service rooftop community area featuring Fitness Center, pool, green roof, club rooms, sun decks, party rooms and other amenities. Parking, secured storage and bicycle storage areas are provided to all residents and restaurants and retail areas are provided at street level.

The project is seeking LEED certification. Stay tuned.
